Travis and I met at Las Palapas singing karaoke in College Station while we were students at Texas A&M University on September 8, 2022. I was singing to Mamma Mia with some of my friends and he walked up and sang with us. Since that night, we became inseparable and began dating soon after that. November 11, 2023, we went on a trip to Ozona, Texas where I thought we were going hunting. We saw some deer and Travis led me to "follow" them (so I thought)! As I was admiring the beautiful view of West Texas over a canyon, I turned around to see Travis down on one knee!

After we get married, we will be living in Kerrville where I will begin working as a nurse and Travis will continue his construction career. We are so excited for this next chapter of our lives and cannot wait to see where the Lord takes us as we begin our happily ever after.
